Pastured Pork

In 2021 we started growing pastured pork, starting with four wee feeder piglets. They didn’t stay wee for long.

We keep the pigs moving around the farm to minimize their potential negative impacts (ripping up every growing thing) and to keep ahead of disease and parasites. They spend time in forests and fields, eating up all the tree nuts and greens they can manage.

We will continue to grow a few feeders out every year. We also plan to start breeding our two Tamworth ladies in 2023.

If you’re interested in buying our pork, be sure to sign up for our email list for pigs. As of right now they’re available for ordering one or two times a year, as whole or half hogs.
